Before there was a company, there were two musicians. Stefan and Jona started where every great story in music begins: performing. As piano players in different bands, they worked from the smallest stages in Romania to some of the biggest in the world. From a small country to multiple continents, into all kinds of different countries, cultures and thousands of miles away from home. Every day, day by day, playing for different crowds.

That experience on stage turned into something bigger. What began as performing alongside some of Romania's biggest artists evolved into booking, managing logistics, and eventually building a full operation around live entertainment. One collaboration led to another, one country led to the next, and before long, IGM was representing artists across continents.

We've built and operated multi-country tours, produced record-breaking live experiences, and brought tens of thousands of people together across Europe and beyond. Not because we had a corporate playbook, but because we understood what it takes from the inside. Every technical rider, every stage layout, every crowd.

Today, IGM operates across more than ten countries with a growing roster of international artists and an expanding events division. We work with artists at every level, from emerging talent to globally recognized names, giving each one the same standard of representation and production quality.

We know what it feels like to be on that stage. That understanding shapes everything we do.
