The Factors That Matter

Event type. A festival headline slot, a private birthday, a corporate gala, a brand launch. Each one looks completely different on the production side, and the pricing reflects that.

Event size. A 500-person corporate dinner and a 30,000-person outdoor festival are two different animals. More people usually means more production, more crew, longer sets.

Location. A show in Bucharest has different logistics costs than one in Dubai or São Paulo. Travel, accommodation, local crew, equipment availability. It all adds up differently depending on where you are.

Date. Summer festival season is peak demand. Holidays are busy. If you have flexibility on dates, that usually helps. Booking early always gives you better options.

Production format. INNA's full live show comes with dancers, custom visuals, specific sound and lighting specs. A DJ set or a shorter appearance has different requirements. The format changes the cost.
