It Happens More Than You Think

People assume big-name artists only do festivals and concert tours. Not true. Private events, weddings, milestone birthdays, exclusive celebrations, these are a regular part of most touring artists' schedules. If you have the budget, the answer is usually yes.

Private bookings are often among the best-paying dates an artist takes all year. That means they take them seriously. You are not getting a phoned-in performance. You are getting a show tailored to your event.

How the Pricing Works

Private event fees run higher than public shows. The reason is simple: you are paying for exclusivity. There are no ticket sales to share the cost. The fee covers the artist, their travel, crew, production, and the fact that they are performing just for you and your guests.

What affects the final number: the artist's current demand, your event date and location, how long they perform, the format (full show vs. acoustic vs. DJ set), and any extras like meet-and-greets or custom songs. The only way to get a real price is to reach out with your event details.

What the Process Looks Like

You contact us with your date, location, and what you have in mind. We check availability and send you a quote. If the terms work, we sign a contract and a deposit locks the date. Then the artist's team sends over their technical and hospitality requirements, your venue or planner handles those, and we coordinate everything in between.

Give yourself at least three to six months for top-tier names. For events during summer or around holidays, even more. The earlier you start, the more options you have.

Privacy and Discretion

Private means private. Contracts include confidentiality terms, and we understand that your celebration is your business. If you want to surprise your guests, if you want to keep the event off social media, those are preferences we build into the agreement from the start.
